The Challenge
Despite being the largest name in self-storage, Public Storage faced the challenge of cutting through a competitive market to build stronger brand awareness and drive more qualified traffic through both paid and organic channels. While their physical presence was undeniable, their digital presence needed a strategy that could turn visibility into action — and browsers into committed customers.
