The Challenge
Tricoci University faced a two-sided challenge. On one side, building enough brand awareness to consistently attract prospective students across multiple markets and campuses. On the other, converting that interest into actual enrollments. With a competitive cosmetology education landscape and students weighing multiple options, Tricoci needed content that could do both with reaching the right audience and giving them every reason to choose Tricoci with confidence.

The team developed a student-first content approach built around one goal to help prospective students find their best path forward and feel confident choosing Tricoci. From awareness-driving content that expanded reach across markets to conversion-focused messaging that guided students through the enrollment journey, every piece was crafted to meet students where they were and move the needle at every stage.
